The service
HiddenAt receives email sent to addresses at domains you add to your account and forwards it to inboxes you have confirmed. You can block, bounce or forward each address. HiddenAt does not provide a mailbox and does not send mail on your behalf.
Your account
You must give a real email address and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. One person or organisation per account.
Payment
Each domain is a subscription of USD $2.99 per month, charged at the start of each month, or USD $29.99 per year, charged at the start of each year. Prices exclude sales tax; where tax applies (for example HST for customers in Canada) it is added at checkout and shown on your receipts. Domains we register for you cost USD $29.99 per year, charged at purchase and then 14 days before each yearly renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.
If a payment fails, we retry for 7 days and keep forwarding during that time. After that, forwarding stops and mail to the domain is rejected until the balance is paid. You can cancel at any time. Forwarding stops, and mail to the domain is rejected, as soon as you cancel; the rest of the current period is not refunded. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and in two cases where we refund in full: if we couldn't register a domain you paid for, or if you remove a domain you brought yourself before it ever started forwarding. Once we have registered a domain for you, its registration fee is not refundable, including if you cancel.
Domains
If you bring your own domain, you must own it or have permission to use it. If we register a domain for you, you are its registrant and are bound by the registry's and Amazon Route 53's registration terms. If you stop paying for it, it won't be renewed and may be lost when it expires. You can ask us for a transfer code to move it to another registrar while it's registered.
Acceptable use
Don't use HiddenAt to receive mail for illegal activity, to forward mail to people who haven't agreed to receive it, or in a way that harms our servers' reputation. We may suspend accounts that do, without refund.
Availability and liability
We work to keep forwarding running, but email can be delayed, rejected by receiving servers, or lost, and we don't guarantee delivery. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms.
